With Good Knowledge in Freight Forwarder Shipping Transportation, preferably Line / NVOCC Non Vessel Owing Common Carrier.

Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Keep in touch with clients to ensure there is no shortfall of bookings
• Keep customers updated with Milaha schedules and release orders
• Coordinate sales efforts with the sales personnel and act as a back up during their customer visits
• Liaise with different Container Shipping sections to resolve customer grievances
• Provide administrative support to the Line manager including file maintenance, competitor profiles and other requirements
• Coordinate with Milaha Line Pricing team and agents for local tariffs and handling costs
• Prepare contracts and amendments for global customers
• Perform job related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:
- Diploma / certificate level
Professional Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role in Shipping/Logistics
- Awareness of the UAE market
- Business fluent English
- Basic knowledge of the UAE market is required
